Is the SQUARE Stars compatible with my business?

All business listings can be linked to your SQUARE Stars.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order is placed, it is shipped the same day if placed before 12 PM. Delivery usually takes around 48 hours, but it may take up to 72 hours depending on postal services.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. The SQUARE Stars works without any subscription and is lifetime-activated.

Are all smartphones compatible?

Yes, all smartphones are compatible with the SQUARE Stars. There are two usage modes: Contactless (NFC) and QR Code. Both options provide the same service. NFC is supported by iPhones from model 7 (2019) onward and 90% of Android smartphones. If the smartphone is too old, the QR Code works with any phone that has a camera.

Do I need multiple SQUARE Stars?

One SQUARE Stars is enough to collect reviews. But if your business has a lot of foot traffic or employees, we recommend having multiple products from the Stars range to gather even more positive reviews!

Do customers need an account?

Your customers need to have an account on the search engine in order to leave you a review. This is what ensures the reviews are genuine. But the vast majority of smartphone users already have one.

How do I set up my SQUARE?

Your SQUARE Stars is set up as soon as you receive it by scanning it for the first time. You will be guided step-by-step to find your business in the search engine and activate your SQUARE Stars.

How do I collect positive reviews?

You just need to ask your customer to bring their smartphone close to the SQUARE or scan the QR code. They will be redirected to your profile, to the reviews tab and the star rating section. They simply have to click on 5 stars, and the review is instantly posted online.
