Is the VKARD Desk Stars compatible with my business?

Any business listed on the search engine can be linked to your DESK Stars.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order is placed, it is shipped the same day if placed before 12 PM. Delivery takes approximately 48 hours, but this may extend to 72 hours depending on postal services.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. The DESK Stars works without a subscription and is lifetime functional.

Are all smartphones compatible?

Yes, all smartphones are compatible with the DESK Stars. There are two usage modes: contactless (NFC) and the QR Code. Both solutions provide the same service. NFC is compatible with iPhones 7 (2016 onwards) and 90% of Android smartphones. If the smartphone is too old, the QR Code works with any smartphone equipped with a camera.

Do I need multiple DESK Stars?

You can! A single DESK Stars is enough to collect reviews. However, if your company has more than one team member interacting with the end customer, it is highly beneficial to have multiple Stars products to collect even more positive reviews!

Do customers need an account?

Your customers need to have an account on the search engine to leave a review. However, the vast majority of smartphone users already have one, either personal or professional.

How do I configure my VKARD Desk?

Your VKARD Desk Stars is configured as soon as you receive it by scanning it for the first time. You will be guided step by step to find your business in the search engine and activate your VKARD Desk Stars.

How do I collect positive reviews?

Simply ask your client to bring their smartphone close to the Desk or scan the QR code. They will be redirected to your profile, directly to the reviews section and star ratings. They just need to click on 5 stars, and the review is instantly posted online from your business listing.
