How to use your VKARD with NFC
Tapping an NFC product on an iOS (Apple) smartphone
Hold the VKARD near the top of an iPhone (around the camera area) or on the back of an Android.
Tapping an NFC product on an Android smartphone (Samsung, etc...)
or on the back of an Android.
Use your VKARD by scanning the QR Code.
VKARDs are made with an integrated QR Code. It allows your prospects to download your contact details if NFC is not enabled or if the smartphone is too old.
To do this, use your preferred QR reader app or the camera on your iPhone.
Scan the QR code on the back of the card.
A notification will appear on the phone; just click on it to display the VKARD profile.
Some tips for NFC.
NFC on iOS (Apple)
On iPhone:
NFC is enabled by default, except for older models 7, 8, and 10.
→ On iPhone XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, simply hold the card near the top of the iPhone by the camera.
→ On iPhone 7, 8, and X, first go to the control center and enable the NFC icon before tapping the card.
NFC on Android (Samsung, etc...)
On Android:
Place the card flat in the middle on the back. Note that NFC may be disabled in the settings. You must enable “NFC and payments” or scan the QR code.
What does my profile look like?
Your VKARD profile and contact details are customizable and can be updated indefinitely. We can display your photo, company logo, emails, phone numbers, social media, custom links, etc.
If you’re not an administrator, you won’t be able to edit the information on the Dashboard. In that case, you’ll need to contact your administrator for any changes.

How does my contact save my details?
Your VKARD profile will offer your contact the option to save your details by clicking on the “Contact Details” button.
On iPhone, they will then need to scroll down to “New Contact” and click “OK”.
On Android, this will download a contact file that needs to be “opened” and then “saved.”
How to retrieve your contact's details?
You can receive your prospect’s information through the “Exchange” button on your VKARD profile.
Once your prospect has filled out the form, you will receive an email with their contact details, and you will also find the information in the “Prospect” tab on your Dashboard.
How to use my VKARD digitally?
Step 1: Scan your VKARD with your smartphone
Step 2: Add your VKARD to your home screen
On iPhone:
Click the share button in the Safari browser (not the VKARD profile button) and then click “Add to Home Screen.”
Once done, a shortcut will be created, allowing you to access your VKARD with one click.
On Android
Example with Google Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top right, then select “Add to Home Screen.”
Example with Microsoft Edge:
Click the three dots at the bottom right, then in the second tab, select “Add to Phone.”
Example with Samsung Internet Browser:
Click the three dots at the bottom right, then select “Add page to” and then “Home screen.”
How to share my VKARD?
To share your VKARD, simply open your profile via the shortcut, then click on the menu in the top right and present the displayed QR code!
You can also add your VKARD to your Apple or Google Wallet by clicking the button below the QR code.
Note:
- The Wallet QR code works offline as well!
- If your information has been updated, you will need to delete your card from your Wallet and reinstall it, as it works offline!
