Returns Policy

At VKARD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing quality products, but understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Here are the terms of our returns policy:

1. Defective Products

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Once the defective product has been received and inspected by our team, we will ship a new product at our expense.

Please contact us via the contact form to arrange the return and shipment of a new product.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customized Products

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products such as VKARD PVC, VKARD Bamboo, and VKARD Hybrid Metal cannot be returned or exchanged. As these products are custom-made with the customer’s logo or specific information, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Non-Customized Products

For non-customized products, such as the VKARD Light, Stars, Nano, KeyChain, DESK Stars, and SQUARE Stars, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. You can therefore return these products to us without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the return costs, which remain at your expense.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by email via the contact form within the given time limit. Once the product has been returned and checked, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the return.
