With your smartphone :

1. Connect to your interface :
   First, you need to connect to your VKARD interface. To do this, take your digital business card and scan the QR code on the back of it. Click on the link, which will take you back to your interface. Simply log in with your login details.
2. Then go to the tab entitled “Dashboard Access”, which you’ll find by clicking on the ☰ pictogram at the top right of your screen.
3. Then go to the “Mail Signatures” tab, which you’ll find in the ☰ tab this time on the far left of your screen.
4. You should now see your contact details. At the far right of your screen, select the ✒️ pictogram to modify your signature.
5. This is where you can personalize your VKARD signature. Choose from a wide range of fonts, sizes and colors. You can also add a photo of your choice to your signature. You can also copy your signature and paste it directly into the mailbox of your choice to save time. You can also integrate elements such as a URL link or logo if you wish!

With your computer :

1. Connect to your Dashboard via the URL https://dashboard.vkard.io/login.
2. In the information bar on the left, click on the “Mail Signatures” tab.
